How we fabricate
Every job is fabricated to approved drawings and specifications. We work from shop drawings issued either by our own design team or by your consulting engineer.
- Cutting and preparation: sections and plates are cut to length and prepared for welding.
- Drilling and punching: bolt holes are set out to the connection details.
- Welding and assembly: components are assembled and welded to the specified procedures.
- Surface treatment: surfaces are prepared and coated as specified.
- Marking and sequencing: each piece is marked to match the erection drawings and loaded in the order the site needs it.
Quality control
Precision and workshop tolerances matter to us. We check dimensions, hole positions and weld quality during fabrication, not only at the end. We also plan cutting lists to use material efficiently, which keeps waste, and your cost, down.
