How we deliver it
- Planning: we agree an erection sequence and method with you before steel arrives on site, including access, lifting and temporary stability.
- Setting out: we check foundations and holding-down bolts against the drawings before the first column goes up.
- Erection: members are lifted, aligned, plumbed and bolted in sequence, with temporary bracing until the structure is stable.
- Roofing and cladding: sheeting goes on once the frame is complete and checked.
- Handover: a final check of alignment and bolt tightening before we hand over.
